About us

Encina Vil is a building company based in Jávea, Spain, specialising in high-end new builds. We work exclusively with Flemish architect Ilse Gielen to develop homes that combine thoughtful design with practical execution.

Our first project, Villa Rio, began in October 2023 and represents the foundation of our approach: strong design, reliable construction, and close coordination. Our next project, Villa Taraula, is scheduled to begin in September 2025 and will continue our focus on building homes with lasting quality and character.

We work with experienced local tradesmen to ensure each home is built to a high standard. What sets us apart is our daily, in-person follow-up at the building site, as well as our commitment to clear communication between all parties involved — including clients, the technical architect, and the on-site crew. This allows us to keep projects aligned with both the architect’s vision and the client’s expectations.
